  1. Once The Nutribud food company’s product is deliverd,we do not entertain return or refund request.it can only be entertained under condition wherein a wrong product is delivered.
  2. There is No return policy in TEASWAN Products only replacement with Damaged product received or product lost in transit. Once order Placed there is no cancellation. Product will be replaced in case of damage product received
  3. Elworld Agro – Return claim can be submitted by Customer (for refund or replacement)
    on portal under following situations:

                i)   Product/Item received by customer was defective/ damaged.
                ii)  Wrong/Incorrect item sent by the Seller.
                iii) Wrong size/specifications sent by Seller.
                iv)  Items usage life are expired or unfit to be consumed.
                v)  Broken items received by customer.

  4. True Farm
    With regard to Return policy, there is no concept of Returns in food as once the packaging is opened, it is not usable anymore.

    However, keeping in mind our commitment to our Partners and Customers, we can clear all escalations on a case to case basis.

    In case any customer is unhappy with their purchase and wants a refund, we can review and support from time to time.The material that we will be providing will be in proper condition with maximum shelf life

    The return policy is as below –
    1. In case of damage to the product during transit which makes the product non consumable or any issue in the product quality we will issue a refund or replacement for the same.
    2. In case of any other reason for a return then it will be decided on a case to case basis.

What is the general return policy 

7 Day Return Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at BlingKart – you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at [email protected] or call us on +91 9727363597 within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund, Blingkart (store credit) or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.

Is there a category specific policy for returns?

Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.

Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Damages due to misuse of product
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  5. Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units
  6. Promotional offer, discount product, or any other special discount on product are not included in return policy.

Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You can either write us at [email protected] or call at +91 9727363597 from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM to initiate a return.

Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through SpeedPost courier service and share tracking details and the customer have to pay the courier chargers.
